The Piezo4Spine consortium is proud to announce that our coordinator, María Concepción Serrano from the Institute of Materials Science of Madrid (ICMM/CSIC), was invited to present the project’s latest developments at NanoBio&Med 2025 in Barcelona. As a major international event in nanotechnology, biotechnology, and biomedical innovation, the conference provided a valuable platform to showcase our work.
In her invited talk, Conchi highlighted the multidisciplinary approach of Piezo4Spine, and how we aim to contribute to next-generation regenerative therapies through the integration of cutting-edge biomaterials and mechanobiology.
We thank the NanoBio&Med 2025 organizers for the invitation and for promoting dialogue across scientific disciplines. The consortium looks forward to sharing further progress as the project advances.
